 Focus For The Month: Scripture Focus For The Month

This month I want to focus on:

“Preparing For His Presence!”

We are entering into a season of His Presence. His presence will bring refreshing, courage, understanding, healing, hope and peace.

Having therefore these promises dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves as His temple, preparing for His Presence.

How do we cleanse ourselves? We begin with repentance; acknowledging false gods, idols, beliefs and activities that are contrary to true worship in Spirit and Truth.

Next we take the Word of God and wash old beliefs, thoughts, attitudes and fear out of our inner man.

Next we re-dedicate our lives as His temple to manifest His love and power through. When God sees His temple set in order and dedicated He comes with times of refreshing and His glory will fill the temple.

The world is waiting for the manifestation of the “sons” of God.

The world is waiting to see the God in and through you.

Will you make your temple available for Him to show His Glory?
2 Corinthians 7:1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
Ephesians 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
I John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Romans 8:18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.
Acts 3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
John 10:22 And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter.
23 And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon's porch.
