Walking Daily in the Temple

Welcome to walking daily in the temple. This is your opportunity to further discuss and learn from today's message. The Bible commands us to "rightly divide the Word of truth." (2 Tim. 2:15) It also says "iron sharpens iron." (Proverbs 27:17) Through discussion of the Word we can better understand it therefore, allow it to truly become life in our life. WOW! What an amazing time so far this Feast of Dedication time. My eyes are truly being opened and it started with something Bishop said that answers the question about when Mary became a dedicated temple...when she conceived.

I saw conception of the word in a way I never have before. When Mary conceived the Word, it became Yeshua, a walking, talking man who manifested the Word wherever He went. When we conceive the Word, it should produce in us to the point that we then are manifesting the life it produced wherever we go. I know this points back to Rev. Connie's message of life after love---but I finally "saw" it when Bishop talked about Mary conceiving and becoming a dedicated temple at that time. When we conceive, the Word takes over and our life is all about the presence of God and His will. We no longer belong to ourselves. I knew this in my head but it has gotten down into my heart.

So I repent for every message I have listened to and have not conceived but instead walked away with head knowledge and thought I got it. I realized that whenever I conceived the Word, there would be something in the message that would grab a hold of me and not let go. I also realize that far too often that did not happen and instead of going back and listening to the message again until I did conceive, I would just think I got the information so I got it. How wrong I was!

God's ultimate plan is to dwell not in a building but in the vessels in the temples that he created. We are the stewards of those temples we are the ones that will determine the condition of the Temple. So we have to decide what condition are temples going to be in to dedicate it to get the junk out to make room for the presence of God to be. That's the fight the fight that may take 3 years 3 days or every day everyday, we will have an opportunity to put something in our Temple that doesn't belong but we get to choose it's our responsibility to decide what is in and what is out and when we line up our choices with the instruction of God. Then God is able to fill our tabernacle so this dedication mindset doesn't end it's a reminder to be dedicated all year.

What pattern am I building my temple after hit me pretty hard. My pattern usually starts with my vision of what it should look like until God gets involved erases my blueprints and says "let's do it this way." My pattern should start always with the Word and what He says in the throne room. Too many times, I have relied on " visions and the voice" of my flesh instead of "God's voice on paper" called the Bible and His still small voice. The more I am dedicated to seeking His Kingdom first and His righteousness and obeying what He said, my tabernacle will be filled with His presence because that is all I will desire to have in there. We have to be blunt with ourselves and stop calling our will God's will.
I love what Bishop said about Mary becoming a dedicated temple and then Elder Christy expanded on it some more in her post.. What really stirred me up is when Mary conceived the Word in her womb, it later impacted John the Baptist, in his mother's womb, before Yeshua was birthed out of Mary. What a lifestyle we would have if our conception of the Word impacted others like that as well before it truly manifested in the natural. We would have more and more 10 second testimonies to share on a daily basis.
