GO YE STILL THE GREAT COMMISSION
In the four-part series about friend evangelism, we learned that in the beginning, God’s plan was to make friends, bless them, and co-labor with them to establish His Kingdom on earth.
Romans 10:14 How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching?

Looking Forward to Our Discussion
In His Service,
Bishop Bill
Becoming a friend of God-
-while writing all the points of this message that stood out to me, this thought came to me... You are NOT His friend if you are ashamed /embarrassed to take Him out with you-you don't hide a true friend
Making friends -
-what am I giving to people with my mouth, is it causing them to want to be a friend of God?
True friends-
-a true friend will take you toward God
So they need to hear from God---asks, seeks, knocks for a friend
Torah evangelism -
-God literally made friends
He wanted friends, He wants us to make friends to add to His "friend list" His kingdom
-Jesus commands us to love one…
What a great series Bishop!
1# Going back to being a friend of God is not just saying we are but showing that we are. It was about listening to his voice and putting our faith into action. It definitely shows God's heart and in my part is being mindful of Him, know what he is doing and just simply display it.
2# The phrase to be a friend you must be friendly! Definitely stood out! I love how you brought out the parable of sowing seed. Watching what ground you put your seed too.
3# The one thing that stood out was about the wounds and kisses! The wounds constructive criticism. Going it may hurt but then you will…
1. What’s the most meaningful insight you took away from the message "Becoming a Friend of God"? Servanthood is the embodiment of fully wanting to honestly obey God and do what he commands us to do. Friendship goes beyond that because we understand the purpose and what he's doing. Not just the simple task that was instructed. We begin to truly understand the heartbeat and we can hear his voice and we can understand beyond a to-do list of obedience. We feel the heartbeat and the full scope of God's dream, his vision we share in it. We share in the victory we share in the battle and we experience the victory with him together. Friendship is truly knowing him…
1.What’s the most meaningful insight you took away from the message "Becoming a Friend of God"?
There is a point when God is looking for our relationship with him to move from servanthood into friendship. Becoming a friend of God means you have His heart, so you're still serving Him, but in a more co-laborer kind of way with the same heart and mind and focus that He has. His focus is on freeing more souls, so a friend of God would have that same focus too.
2.What’s the most meaningful insight you took away from the message "Making Friends"?
