The gift of faith it is necessary to fully utilize all the gifts of the spirit.
We learned that this word means divine persuasion God's warranty that guarantees the fulfillment of the revelation he births within the receptive believer.
This gift of faith is not something we can become good enough to have. We must receive this gift as he chooses to give it to us.
The good news is it's a gift it's pre packaged ready to go. When given it can activate all the other gifts to finish the work that God wants to do at that moment.
I compared this gift to a circular saw. It can Cut off all doubt and unbelief. When we have this gift we believe and we have faith.
This gift is God's faith given to us. The same faith that spoke the world into existence. He gives us a small portion of that about the size of a mustard seed and that's enough to do anything he's asked us to do.
The disciples ran into moments where they could not do what Jesus did and he said you need a little bit of my father's faith that requires you to diligently seek him and to pursue him and then he freely gives it to you.

How do you see the gift of Faith differently now? That it is just that, a gift. There is nothing I can do to make it grow like fruit. It is a gift given and ready to use. That gift comes in the right portion and doesn't need to be changed or grown. It comes with the battery already installed! The gift of faith is pure. It comes straight from the Father without any impurity of my thought or self in it.

How do you see the gift of Faith differently now? I see that the gift of faith is like the control power on button on the machines that I work with every day. Unless this button is activated nothing else on the machine will work. Unless the gift of faith is activated in my life the other gifts will not work.

How do you see the gift of Faith differently now?
My faith is nothing without believing what He has said in His Word, what He is saying now, and then just obeying it. It gets back to Jesus saying, "I can do nothing of myself. I only say and do what I hear and see what my Father is doing." If God is not doing something, I cannot have faith in something God is not doing and expect a God result.
