Every relationship has boundaries and we define relationships based upon our emotions towards that individual and how they reciprocate back. Through this message God really wanted us to examine our relationship with Him. Is it a 3 fold cord that is not quickly broken, Ecclesiastes 4:9-12, that God has brought out the past couple of messages? One thing that I thought was interesting is that God never said it cannot be broken but could not be quickly broken. As Pastor Aaron pointed out last week, this 3 fold cord consists of YOU, the Word, and His Spirit. The only one who will cause this 3 fold cord to be broken is if we let go and lose our purpose with our relationship with God. A relationship without a purpose will fail.
The real purpose of our relationship is to go into ALL the world and find the lost sheep. Jesus prayed for our 3 fold cord in the Garden of Gethsemane for for us to become ONE with the Father for the soul purpose that the WORLD may believe, that God sent Jesus, to die and save them. When we are at ONE with the Father, he promises to reveal to us, 1 Corinthians 2:9-16 and 1 Peter 4:7-11, what to say to the lost sheep so they have another opportunity to come back to him. We need to be able to hear God's voice from the throne room to turn the heart(s) of the lost sheep to hear His voice through us. This is our soul purpose of our relationship with Him. People need to have an encounter with God wherever your feet take you. It is time for our relationship to be purposeful that ALL we want is for us know God's voice well enough to share what He is saying and doing with that person at that moment for them TO KNOW Him.

1) How are you going to keep your 3 fold cord with God from quickly being broken?
I see the 3 strand cord as my marriage with my husband. As Pastor Aaron brought out... "The more you use something stronger it becomes not trying first with the one chord and then the two-fold cord and then finally with a three chord. Starting with all three parts together working in harmony." It reminds me of when I was by myself single I was a one-strand cord with a disintegrating rope to God. And the reason why I had a disintegrating rope to God was that I really didn't have like-minded people around me. And when Andrew came into my life …
How are you going to keep your 3-fold cord with God from quickly being broken?
To keep my 3-fold cord from being quickly broken I must make sure I am spending time with the Father. Be in His word and pray. Spending time with the Father helps to hear the voice of His spirit so it helps keep the cord strong. Also, making sure that I am making the effort to be obedient when He speaks.
What is the difference between a word born of the flesh and a word born of the spirit?
A word born of the flesh may be good but as the saying goes good doesn’t mean that it is God. A word from the flesh…

2) What is the difference between a word born of the flesh and a word born of the spirit?
A word born of the flesh may have good intentions but not be in sync and in unison with what the spirit of God is doing and when we try to help somebody just from the observation of the flesh it doesn't cause them to experience God it…
1) How are you going to keep your 3 fold cord with God from quickly being broken?
Checking the ropes. Binding them closer. Nothing to overcomplicate here, (though it can be a battle to make the space) simply to study and pray. To give time and maintenance to the relationship. Checking to make sure the strap is at the ready to use, not all knotted and boogered up. How would that happen? One example may be lapsing in study and prayer. The cord was good at one time with the word and spirit and myself, but then simply did not give time to study and prayer. Then the moment comes when the cord must be used. I don't want a…
1) How are you going to keep your 3 fold cord with God from quickly being broken?
It's absolutely essential for me to be in His presence every single day. Worship, prayer, and being in His word is so important too--but I have to be with Him and know what He is saying and what He is doing. This is how I hold on.
2) What is the difference between a word born of the flesh and a word born of the spirit?
That which of the flesh has no life in it and because of that it doesn't really change anything for the better and it cannot remain. That which of the Spirit is life and comes from God…
